About the Role We're looking for a dynamic, creative, and motivated Car Salesperson who specializes in content creation and digital storytelling to help promote our vehicles, engage our online audience, and drive real sales. You'll combine your sales expertise with your on-camera personality to create high-quality videos, social posts, and other digital content that showcases our inventory and dealership experience. Responsibilities Create engaging photo and video content highlighting vehicles, features, and dealership events Manage and grow your personal and dealership social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) Assist customers online and in person through every step of the buying journey Build strong relationships with clients to foster repeat and referral business Collaborate with our marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and storytelling ideas Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and Mercedes-Benz brand standards Qualifications Proven success in automotive sales or strong interest in entering the industry Comfortable on camera with strong communication and presentation skills Experience with social media platforms and basic content creation (video, reels, stories, etc.) Creative, energetic, and self-motivated Valid driver's license required What We Offer Competitive base salary + commission Marketing support and creative resources to build your personal brand Access to premium vehicles and dealership platforms for content creation Training, mentorship, and growth opportunities within a luxury brand

Pay:

$40,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
