Job Description

We're a fast-growing live commerce company selling authentic brand-name products through live online auctions. We're looking for a charismatic bilingual (English & Spanish) sales professional who loves talking to people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to sell. No livestream experience? That's okay—we'll teach you the platform. We're looking for someone with the personality and sales ability to keep an audience engaged and convert viewers into buyers. Responsibilities Host live shopping and auction streams in both English and Spanish Present products with confidence, enthusiasm, and professionalism Interact with viewers in real time, answer questions, and build excitement Create urgency and encourage bids and purchases Learn product details and communicate their value effectively Work with our team to improve stream performance and increase sales

Qualifications Required:

Fluent in both English and Spanish Strong communication and public speaking skills Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable on camera Previous sales experience (retail, commission sales, customer service, hospitality, or similar) Ability to think quickly and keep conversations engaging Reliable, punctual, and goal-oriented

Preferred:
