Full-Time, On-Site & In-Field Shape How the Top of the Market Is Presented. Bespoke Real Estate is seeking experienced Photographers and Videographers to join our in-house creative team. We are expanding our creative team across New York City, the Hamptons, and South Florida and are looking for accomplished visual professionals with expertise in photography, videography, or both. Working alongside Bespoke's agents, creative leadership, designers, and marketing professionals, you'll produce photography, cinematic video, aerial imagery, and digital content for some of the country's most exceptional residential properties. Whether your expertise is in still photography, cinematic filmmaking, or both, your work will help define how premier homes are presented across digital, print, social, advertising, and editorial platforms. Key Responsibilities Content Creation:

Produce exceptional photography, videography, aerial imagery, and digital content based on your area of expertise while maintaining Bespoke's creative standards.

Property Marketing:

Capture interiors, exteriors, architectural details, amenities, and lifestyle imagery that thoughtfully represents each property's architecture, design, and character.

Post-Production:

Edit photography and video using industry-standard editing software, delivering polished, publication-quality assets while maintaining consistent visual standards across every project.

Creative Direction:

Apply refined artistic judgment in composition, lighting, framing, pacing, and visual storytelling while adapting to each property's unique architecture and environment.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with agents, marketing, creative leadership, and operations to execute productions efficiently while meeting project timelines and campaign deadlines.

Project Management:

Independently manage multiple productions, coordinate shoot logistics, organize digital assets, and consistently deliver high-quality work on schedule.

Brand Standards:

Uphold the creative excellence and consistency that define the Bespoke brand across every listing, campaign, and marketing initiative.

What We're Looking For Experience:

5-7+ years of professional experience in photography, videography, or both, producing premium visual content for luxury residential real estate, architecture, hospitality, or luxury lifestyle brands.

Portfolio:

An exceptional portfolio demonstrating expertise in photography, videography, or both. Experience producing content for luxury properties, architecture, hospitality, or premium brands is highly preferred.

Technical Expertise:

Advanced proficiency with professional camera systems, lighting equipment, stabilization systems, and industry-standard editing software. Experience with drone photography or videography is preferred.

Creative Eye:

An elevated sense of composition, lighting, pacing, and visual storytelling, with the ability to consistently produce compelling imagery that reflects Bespoke's creative standards.

Professional Presence:

Polished, discreet, and client-focused, with exceptional communication skills and the ability to confidently work within occupied luxury residences alongside homeowners, agents, architects, designers, and other industry professionals.

Organization:

Highly organized with the ability to independently manage multiple productions, shifting priorities, and deadlines without compromising quality.
