Job Overview Miele Amusements is looking to expand our team in Clearfield, PA. We are a family-owned Amusements company seeking a full-time, benefits-eligible TRT Service Technician. In this roll, you should have general knowledge of electronic devices, the ability to troubleshoot and repair amusement devices, and do some heavy lifting. This position requires travel to company locations in a company-provided vehicle. Good candidates must be honest, dependable, possess and maintain a clean driving record. Apply today! Responsibilities Work in a two-person team to service skill game locations. Perform on-site diagnostics and repairs for skill game and ticket redemption terminal (TRT) devices. Strictly adhere to safety protocols while working in various environments. Use software to record data from skill machines. Follow established procedures to maintain accurate recordkeeping on TRTs and ATMs. Communicate with customers daily to schedule appointments for service visits. Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure equipment is functioning efficiently. Utilize knowledge to troubleshoot issues effectively. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used. Collaborate with team members to improve collection processes. Qualifications Experience in field service and general knowledge of electronic devices. Ability to work in a team and manage time effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills. Clean driving record. Clean background check. Ability to move items more than 50 pounds.
