Aura Photographer & Event Specialist (Part-Time) About Us Are you creative, intuitive, and curious about energy? Soulglow Aura Photography Studio is looking for a new independent contractor to join our growing Austin team!

Founded in 2018 in California, Soulglow has expanded to a second location in Austin, TX. We provide aura photography and interpretations for individuals and groups in our studio. We also travel to incredible mobile events, including festivals, conferences, weddings, holiday parties, and birthdays. Check out our website to learn more: The Role & Schedule We are seeking a reliable, high-energy individual to assist with both in-studio appointments and off-site events as a part-time independent contractor.

Commitment:

~10 hours per week (with room to grow based on interest).

Schedule:

Must be available for weekend shifts and ad hoc events (at least one weekend shift per week required).

Travel:

Most events are local to Austin, but we are occasionally flown out for larger national events so there is potential for travel!

Current Operations:

We currently operate on an appointment basis but accept walk-ins.

Qualifications Customer Service:

Prior customer service experience is highly encouraged.

Transportation:

A reliable vehicle is encouraged for event transport.

Energy Work:

An interest in energy work or a basic understanding of chakras is a plus, though not required. Don't let these requirements stop you from applying if you have the right energy and passion!

Key Responsibilities Aura Services:

Capture aura photography and provide intuitive client interpretations.

Event Operations:

Prepare and pack materials, manage event setup and breakdown, and handle safe equipment transportation.

Guest Experience:

Provide exceptional client hospitality and engaging guest interactions.

Studio Support:

Assist with administrative tasks, retail support, and content creation. Professional Standards While representing Soulglow Aura, the employee agrees to conduct themselves professionally and in a manner consistent with the reputation and values of the company.

This includes:

Arriving on time and prepared for each assignment. Following event instructions and operational procedures. Treating clients, guest venues, vendors, and fellow contractors with courtesy and respect. Maintaining a polished appearance appropriate for the assignment. Communicating promptly regarding delays, emergencies, or issues that may affect the event. Representing Soulglow Aura with honesty, integrity, professionalism, and discretion.

Compensation In-Studio Rate:

$20.00/hour + tips.

Event Rates:
