We help our clients grow through TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts — turning everyday moments at their businesses into content that gets millions of views. The Role We're looking for an On-Site Filmer to shoot short-form video content at our client locations across the Salt Lake area — think restaurants, cafes, and food & beverage brands. You'll be the one behind the camera capturing the moments, energy, and personality that make our content work, often generating shot ideas on the fly and directing staff and business owners who aren't used to being on camera. This is a hands-on, people-facing role. You'll typically be covering 1-5 clients per week, spending a few hours on-site at each, working directly with client staff to get natural, engaging footage. Responsibilities Travel to client locations throughout the week to film short-form video content Direct staff and business owners on camera — many have little to no on-camera experience, so confidence and clear direction matter Come up with content ideas and shot concepts on the spot, adapting to what's happening at each location that day Build genuine rapport with client staff and represent Teleios Media professionally on-site Capture footage aligned with each client's brand and our content style Coordinate scheduling across multiple clients per week What We're Looking For Confident and directive on camera and on-set — comfortable leading a shoot and giving direction Kind, patient, and personable with client staff, many of whom are new to being filmed Strong eye for visual storytelling and comfortable operating a camera Creative under pressure — able to generate content ideas in the moment rather than working strictly off a script Reliable transportation (mileage/gas covered per client visit) Able to manage a multi-stop weekly schedule across several client locations If you're outgoing, creative, and love being behind the camera, we'd love to hear from you.
