Our Mission:
To keep eyewear out of landfills by restoring used frames to their full potential — making quality optics accessible and sustainable at scale. Restore. Refit. Rewear. Refit Eyewear is looking for a detail-oriented photographer to run our photo studio in Sandy. Every frame we sell has to be photographed before it can be listed, which makes this role the gate everything else waits behind. The studio is already built and dialed in, cameras mounted, lighting set, capture software tethered. You are not designing shots or editing images. You will run multiple photo stations in parallel: while one is capturing and saving, you are staging the next frame on the other. That rhythm is what makes the pace work, and it is more engaging than it sounds. You will start on two stations and stay there until it is second nature — we are adding a third, and you will grow into it rather than get thrown at it. After a paid training period, this role is largely independent. You will run the studio on your own for most of your shift. If you like clear standards, a steady rhythm, and nobody looking over your shoulder, this is a good fit.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Pull bins of cleaned, prepped frames from the staging rack Scan each frame's SKU barcode to open its photo folder automatically Capture the standard shot set on the turntable, running multiple stations in parallel Check every image for focus, framing, and glare before moving on Confirm files saved to the correct SKU folder Follow our written photo SOP consistently, shift after shift Keep the studio and staging area organized for the shift that follows yours
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Consistency — you will run the same sequence hundreds of times, and the value is in doing it identically every time Attention to detail — off focus or not centered shots create rework downstream Self-directed — after training you will be working alone for most of your shifts. We need someone who holds the standard when nobody is watching. Punctual, every single shift — our studio shifts run back-to-back. Arriving on time and finishing on time is not a preference here; the next shift is waiting on the studio. Basic computer comfort — folders, file naming, and a simple barcode-driven workflow Careful hands — frames are delicate and many are designer pieces Photography experience — helpful, but not required at all. If you are careful and teachable, we will train you. Reliable transportation to Sandy — this is a set schedule, Monday through Friday
SCHEDULE & PAY

At 90 days you become eligible for incentive pay on top of your hourly rate, with the potential to earn up to $20/hour. Paid every two weeks We source, restore, and resell eyewear at scale.
