Duties Lead and manage all aspects of production operations, including planning, scheduling, and execution to meet organizational goals. Develop and implement production management systems utilizing

SAP, ERP

systems, and manufacturing management tools to streamline processes. Oversee production scheduling and capacity planning using MRP (Material Requirements Planning) to ensure timely delivery of products. Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and process optimization strategies. Monitor quality control standards and implement corrective actions to uphold product excellence across all manufacturing stages. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as supply chain management, engineering, quality assurance, and logistics to enhance overall operational efficiency. Utilize Excel data analysis and supply chain analytics to identify bottlenecks, forecast demand, and improve resource allocation. Lead plant management activities including safety protocols, workforce development, and operational compliance to foster a productive environment. Promote lean management practices by identifying waste reduction opportunities and implementing process improvements aligned with business objectives. Ensure effective communication across departments to synchronize production plans with supply chain activities and customer demands. Qualifications Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment with a strong understanding of manufacturing management systems such as SAP or ERP platforms. Expertise in production scheduling, process improvement methodologies like Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma, and supply chain management principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and decision-making support. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment. Strong knowledge of quality control processes and safety standards within manufacturing settings. Experience with supply chain analytics tools and techniques for optimizing operations from raw material procurement to final product delivery. Excellent communication skills to coordinate seamlessly across departments and ensure alignment on production goals.
