YOUR ROLE IN THE FAMILY
Own the development of frontline leadership, team capability, and workforce performance across assigned production areas Build a culture of accountability, engagement, teamwork, and continuous improvement by developing Shift Leads, Senior Machine Operators, and frontline employees to lead with confidence and consistency Maintain the competency matrix through the POKA system, leverage Shift Leads to execute competency evaluations, and ensure employees possess the knowledge and skills required to perform safely and effectively Drive 30-60-90 day onboarding reviews, identify capability gaps, and create development plans that strengthen technical competence, leadership effectiveness, operational flexibility, and succession readiness across the organization Own production performance across assigned areas by translating operational targets into daily execution Analyze productivity losses, conduct Pareto analysis, and develop SMART action plans that improve efficiency, throughput, and performance Lead the autonomous maintenance program in partnership with Maintenance to improve equipment reliability and reduce avoidable downtime Lead daily operating reviews, performance discussions, and shift execution activities Ensure staffing plans support production requirements and customer commitments Coordinate with Safety, Quality, Planning, Warehouse, Maintenance, and other operational partners to resolve production challenges and remove barriers to performance Escalate significant risks and opportunities through established leadership channels while maintaining ownership of day-to-day execution Ensure production activities comply with safety requirements, quality standards, customer specifications, and company procedures Support accurate payroll processing, staffing administration, daily crewing plans, and production documentation Ensure customer requirements are fulfilled while maintaining compliance with operational and quality expectations, including management of approved material deviations when required Partner with Production Leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and sustain business processes that improve quality, compliance, reliability, and operating efficiency Participate in Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen initiatives and lead improvement efforts within assigned areas Develop and maintain standard work documentation, centerlines, equipment settings, and process controls that improve repeatability and sustain operational gains Building wide collaboration to drive safety initiatives, which will be measured by number of incidents, injury rate, and training compliance Quality systems process execution to drive first-time quality initiatives and improve quality scorecard compliance Production performance meets established targets for DIN efficiency, OEE, throughput, service, and output while minimizing avoidable losses Material losses are measured, root causes identified, and improvement plans implemented to reduce waste and improve conversion efficiency Competency matrices, qualification plans, employee development activities, and evaluation processes are maintained and actively used to improve workforce capability Frontline leaders are developed through structured coaching, competency assessments, and performance feedback, resulting in improved workforce capability, leadership bench strength, employee engagement, and succession readiness Staffing plans support production requirements without avoidable disruptions to service, quality, or safety performance Autonomous maintenance activities improve equipment reliability and reduce recurring operational losses Continuous improvement initiatives deliver measurable gains in productivity, efficiency, reliability, and workforce capability Cross-functional partnerships enable rapid resolution of production challenges and support achievement of plant objectives

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR TO JOIN OUR FAMILY?
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment Five or more years of progressive leadership experience in beverage manufacturing, food manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, or other high-volume manufacturing environments Experience developing the teams through coaching, performance management, and structured development programs Demonstrated experience utilizing operational performance metrics, including OEE, efficiency, throughput, waste reduction, and labor utilization, to drive business decisions Experience partnering with Maintenance, Planning, Quality, Safety, Human Resources, and other teams to achieve operational objectives Proficiency with SAP and manufacturing reporting tools used to manage labor, production, and operational performance Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret operational data and convert findings into actionable improvement plans Proven ability to influence and coach employees and leaders at all organizational levels while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution Ability to conduct root-cause analysis, Pareto analysis, and structured problem-solving activities to eliminate recurring losses and improve performance Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead change, manage conflict, and build alignment across functions Demonstrated commitment to safety, employee engagement, teamwork, accountability, and customer-focused execution Experience in beverage manufacturing or high-speed filling operations Experience supporting a 24/7 manufacturing operation Experience working within consumer packaged goods organizations or multinational manufacturing companies Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, TPM certification, or equivalent operational excellence training preferred
