In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily warehouse activities, coordinate production planning, and drive process improvements to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective operations. Your leadership will be instrumental in managing teams, optimizing inventory control, and enhancing overall supply chain performance. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive manager passionate about continuous improvement and operational excellence. Responsibilities Lead and supervise warehouse staff, including team management, training, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing work environment. Oversee production planning and execution to meet demand forecasts while maintaining quality standards. Manage inventory levels using warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems to ensure accuracy and availability of materials. Implement process improvements utilizing lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Collaborate with Sales Coordinators, Inventory Department, and Shipping for Production Scheduling; Proven experience in warehouse supervision or operations management within a fast-paced distribution or manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, production planning, inventory management, and warehouse production line layouts. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively with excellent managerial communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting, analysis, and documentation purposes. Knowledge of warehouse distribution, operations, production planning, and inventory control. Bi-Lingual English / Spanish
