is a Creative Marketing Agency & Production Studio specializing in branding, website design, photography, videography, and digital marketing. We partner with modern, culturally relevant brands across wellness, beauty, fashion, food & beverage, lifestyle, and consumer goods. Our work spans everything from early campaign concept development and design to photo/video production and final creative execution. Position Overview We're looking for a Junior Creative Producer with a strong graphic design foundation who is excited to grow within creative production. You'll work closely with our Creative Director across campaign concepting, pre-production, design, and on-set execution. One day you may be developing a mood board or shot list client presentation, while another may involve scouting a location, sourcing props, coordinating talent, styling products and sets, or helping coordinate a production. We're looking for someone who can think creatively while also staying highly organized and execution-focused. You should be comfortable moving between a laptop and a production set and understand that bringing a creative concept to life requires both strong ideas and attention to detail. This role is ideal for someone interested in developing toward a Lead Creative Producer or Creative Director position and gaining hands-on experience across the full creative production process. What You'll DoCreative Development & Design Work closely with the Creative Director to develop and execute creative concepts across client campaigns and productions Build creative shot lists, mood boards, visual references, and presentation decks Support campaign concept development and creative storytelling Write supporting creative copy for decks, concepts, shot lists, and campaigns Create polished, client-facing presentations in Google Slides, Canva, and Adobe Support graphic design needs and creative asset development between productions Pre-Production Source and scout locations based on creative direction, budget, and production needs Develop and maintain production timelines Source props, set elements, talent, models, and creators as needed Coordinate talent outreach, rates, contracts/releases, and production details Help translate approved creative concepts into actionable production plans On-Set Production Support product and set styling and creative execution on set Help manage the run of show and keep productions moving efficiently Work alongside photographers, videographers, talent, brand teams, and the Creative Director to ensure the creative vision is executed Assist with props, product placement, set adjustments, and other hands-on production needs Capture supplemental photo/video content when needed Problem-solve in real time and adapt as creative or production needs shift What We're Looking For Experience or a strong understanding of multicultural marketing and culturally relevant storytelling, particularly for Latino audiences and brands Understanding of photo and video production workflows Strong organizational and time-management skills, especially within fast-paced production environments Ability to work independently while also taking creative direction and collaborating closely with a Creative Director Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to anticipate creative and production needs Comfortable being hands-on during productions Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Strong written communication and creative copywriting skills Portfolio demonstrating graphic design, creative development, or related work Must have a reliable personal laptop capable of handling graphic design and creative production work Must have access to required Adobe Creative Cloud software, including Adobe Photoshop Reliable internet access for file transfers, cloud-based collaboration, and remote project work as needed Professional graphic design experience with a strong visual eye Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop Strong Google Slides presentation and design skills Experience creating shot lists, mood boards, and creative decks Reliable transportation and ability to travel to local shoot locations, vendors, and scouting locations as needed Availability approximately 4 days per week, with flexibility for scheduled production days that may occasionally require earlier start times or extended hours Nice to Have Adobe Illustrator experience Photography and/or video capture experience Product and/or set styling experience Location sourcing or scouting experience Talent, model, or creator sourcing and coordination experience Creative agency or production experience Experience working with wellness, food & beverage, or lifestyle brands Experience or a strong understanding of multicultural marketing and culturally relevant storytelling, particularly for Latino audiences and brands You may be asked to complete a short skills assessment to help us evaluate your experience and fit for the needs of the role.
