eLearning Producer Job Description Position Summary Achieva, Inc., a leader in technical training for adults, is seeking an eLearning Producer to lead the development of innovative, web-based learning experiences. From interactive modules and simulated experiences to games, digital campaigns, and custom learning platforms, you'll help transform complex technical information into engaging experiences that educate, challenge, and connect with learners. Working closely with our CEO and production team, you'll help shape ideas from concept through launch—combining strategy, creative thinking, multimedia production, and technology to deliver polished, accessible, and effective training solutions that meet our clients' goals.
Develop and produce web-based learning experiences using eLearning authoring tools, web technologies, and multimedia. Bring Content to
Life:
Collaborate with subject matter experts and the Achieva team to transform technical information into clear, creative, interactive experiences that keep learners engaged.
Produce Multimedia Content:
Create and edit video, audio, graphics, animation, motion graphics, and other digital assets for training, education, communications, and related initiatives.
Support Video Production:
Participate in filming, lighting, audio capture, voice-over recording, editing, post-production, and final delivery. Design for the
Learner:
Apply sound visual design, UI/UX, interactivity, and adult-learning principles to create experiences that are intuitive, accessible, and effective.
Develop & Support Digital Learning:
Build, publish, test, and maintain online learning content using learning-management systems, eLearning authoring tools, and applicable front-end web technologies.
Ensure Quality:
Review and test projects across multiple platforms for functionality, accuracy, accessibility, responsiveness, brand consistency, and overall user experience before launch.

Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining organized project files, production assets, and documentation. Host the
Client:
On occasion, you may have the opportunity to host client training events, running live leaderboards, posting results in real-time, and coordinating post-event participation reports. Preferred Software & Systems Experience Experience with the following tools, technologies, and systems is preferred but not required. Articulate Storyline and other Articulate tools. Moodle or comparable LMS platforms. Microsoft Office Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Experience with After Effects and other Adobe applications. Experience with videography, including camera operation, lighting, and audio setup. UI/UX experience. Experience using ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI-assisted tools to support ideation and workflow efficiency. Preferred Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in eLearning development, multimedia production, digital media, instructional design, or a related field. Experience developing interactive, web-based learning experiences. Working knowledge of multimedia production, including video and audio editing, graphics, animation, and digital content development. Understanding of adult-learning principles, visual design, and UI/UX. Strong visual, written, and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts, clients, and production team members. Strong attention to detail, organization, creativity, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Curiosity and comfort learning new software, technologies, and AI-enabled tools. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative production environment. Portfolio or work samples required , demonstrating experience in eLearning, interactive development, multimedia/video production, digital design, or related work.
