Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Wholesale Production Manager to assist in our manufacturing operations and production processes.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A CANNABIS

DISPENSARY or

MANUFACTURING.

In this role, you will participate in the entire supply chain from raw material procurement to finished goods, ensuring seamless production flow and operational efficiency. Your leadership will foster a culture of continuous improvement and team collaboration to meet customer demands. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate all aspects of wholesale production activities, including planning, scheduling, and execution, ensuring timely delivery of products. Develop and maintain production schedules aligned with demand forecasts while using advanced production management systems. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing data from Excel-based reports, supply chain analytics. Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain management to ensure seamless operations across the lab. Lead and develop a high-performing production team by fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and professional growth through effective team leadership and communication. Qualifications Proven experience in production management within manufacturing or supply chain environments Demonstrated expertise in production scheduling, process improvement techniques Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
