Job Overview As the Operations Manager, you are the right hand to our General Manager. You will be the engine that keeps our theatre running smoothly, acting as a key leader who translates our vision into daily reality. Team:
Serve as the primary partner to the GM in hiring, training, and coaching a high-performing team. You will identify talent, foster professional growth, and build a culture of excellence.
Drive Operational Success:
Support the GM in executing daily operations, managing inventory, and ensuring our facilities meet the highest standards of safety and presentation.
Elevate Guest Experience:
Proactively resolve guest concerns and mentor staff to provide world-class service. You will be the point person for creating the magic that keeps our guests coming back.
Collaborative Leadership:
Work hand-in-hand with the GM on business objectives, scheduling, and marketing activations. You'll be the bridge between management strategy and frontline execution. Lead by

Qualifications Experience:
A minimum of 3+ years of management experience in hospitality, retail, or entertainment.

Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop diverse teams. You know how to motivate others and resolve conflict with empathy and professionalism.
Operational Savvy:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory, scheduling, and complex logistics in a high-volume setting.
Flexibility:
