Drive Business Development:

Proactively sell corporate events, buyouts, and group packages through targeted outbound outreach, cold calls, local networking, Chamber of Commerce engagement, and venue tours.

Convert Inquiries:

Act as the lead generator and primary point of contact for inbound event inquiries, turning potential leads into high-margin confirmed bookings.

Manage Client Relationships:

Consult with corporate clients, schools, and local organizations to recommend custom event packages that fit their budget and vision.

Streamline Hand-Offs:

Draft clear Event Briefs (BEOs) to ensure operational leaders execute seamlessly, keeping your time focused on selling while remaining on-site for key client check-ins.

Track & Manage Pipeline:

Utilize CRM tools to track activity, forecast revenues, process deposits, and manage client touchpoints to drive repeat bookings.

Promote & Activate:

Support signature venue activations (Bingo, Quiz Nights, promotional parties) and attend community events to elevate venue visibility and local presence.

What We're Looking For Experience:

2-4 years of demonstrated success in outbound sales, business development, or high-volume hospitality/entertainment sales.

Education:

High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or Communications strongly preferred.

Skills:

Strong CRM proficiency, excellent phone and face-to-face negotiation skills, and a track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets.

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, maintain personal auto insurance, and be willing/able to fulfill alcohol service duties during events.

Schedule:
