ABOUT THE ROLE
Capital City Church is looking for a Media Producer to shape our online presence — from the quality and consistency of the Sunday livestream to the look and feel of everything we put out digitally. This person will run the livestream week to week, build and shepherd a team of camera operators and livestream volunteers, and create content that reflects who we actually are. We're looking for someone who loves the craft of production as much as they love investing in people.
RESPONSIBILITIES
— Own the full weekly livestream process — pre-service setup, live production, and post-service wrap-up. — Recruit, schedule, and coordinate camera operators and other livestream volunteers. — Lead rehearsals and run-throughs that are life-giving and technically sharp. — Foster a team culture that encourages people while inviting them toward excellence. — Identify, mentor, and develop emerging leaders on the production team. — Define and maintain a consistent look and feel across the livestream, graphics, and lower thirds. — Partner with the Creative Arts Director on how the church's visual identity shows up online. — Create and schedule content for social media — recap clips, highlights, sermon excerpts, promos. — Repurpose livestream footage into shareable content across platforms. — Stay open to feedback from leadership as a shared part of growing the ministry together.
REQUIREMENTS
TECHNICAL & CREATIVE — Experience with live production — switching, camera operation, or broadcast audio/video. — An eye for visual consistency and quality, even under time pressure. — Basic video editing and social content creation skills (or a strong willingness to learn). — Comfortable leading a team and giving direction in real time during a live service.

— A heart for developing others — you find joy in helping people grow, not just filling a role. — Open to feedback and coaching, able to receive it as a gift meant to help the ministry (and you) flourish. — A clear, caring communicator who can schedule, coordinate, and shepherd volunteers across the production team. — Self-aware and emotionally healthy, leading out of who you are rather than what you produce. — Collaborative and easy to work with — glad to hold ideas loosely in service of the bigger vision. — Reliable and organized, able to plan a few weeks ahead rather than working service to service.
SPIRITUAL
— A growing, personal relationship with Jesus that shapes how you lead, not just what you produce. — Alignment with Capital City Church's mission, values, and doctrine.
PREFERRED
(NICE TO HAVE) — Familiarity with graphic design or motion graphics tools. — Experience with a broad range of social/digital platforms beyond the basics. — Prior experience leading or co-leading a team, whether in ministry or another setting.
