Job Summary Quali-Tee Design Sportswear is seeking an experienced Production & Fulfillment Manager - Custom Apparel to oversee daily production and fulfillment operations at our Washington Court House facility. This position is responsible for keeping custom apparel orders moving efficiently from order release through production, quality inspection, packing, and final shipment or customer pickup. The manager will coordinate production priorities, monitor workflow, support scheduling, maintain quality standards, and work closely with customer service and production teams to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time. Experience in apparel manufacturing, screen printing, embroidery, promotional products, commercial printing, or another job-order production environment is highly valued. Why Join Our Team? Responsibilities Manage daily production and fulfillment activities for custom apparel and promotional product orders. Coordinate workflow across screen printing, embroidery, finishing, packing, and shipping functions. Review production schedules and prioritize work based on customer deadlines, order requirements, and available capacity. Coordinate with customer service and sales personnel regarding order status, production timing, rush orders, and special requirements. Help ensure artwork, garment specifications, quantities, decoration methods, and production instructions are clearly communicated before orders enter production. Oversee final quality checks to ensure completed orders meet customer specifications before shipment or pickup. Monitor packing and fulfillment procedures to ensure orders are accurately counted, labeled, packaged, and prepared for delivery. Maintain accurate production records, order status information, and fulfillment documentation. Track production performance, turnaround times, rework, order accuracy, and other operational metrics. Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement practical improvements to increase productivity and reduce delays. Work directly with team leads and production personnel to resolve issues as they arise. Coordinate with shipping carriers, suppliers, vendors, and internal departments when necessary. Help maintain an organized, safe, and efficient production environment. Support management with operational planning, process improvement initiatives, and special projects. Requirements 3-5+ years of experience in production, manufacturing, fulfillment, warehouse operations, or a related environment. Previous experience supervising employees or leading production teams. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously. Experience working in a deadline-driven, job-order production environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to order accuracy and product quality. Ability to read and follow production specifications, work orders, schedules, and customer requirements. Comfortable using computers and production/order management systems. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across production, customer service, sales, and administrative teams. Ability to identify operational problems and make practical decisions quickly. High school diploma or GED required. Ability to work on-site in Washington Court House, Ohio. Pay:
$33.00 - $44.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
