You will drive operational excellence by optimizing throughput, fostering a culture of safety and quality, and mentoring high-performing teams to achieve ambitious manufacturing goals. Responsibilities Direct all manufacturing activities, ensuring production schedules align with customer requirements and quality standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by utilizing Lean methodologies to enhance OEE, reduce waste, and minimize downtime. Manage departmental labor and operating budgets, focusing on cost control and material usage variance. Lead, coach, and develop production supervisors and staff to improve engagement, accountability, and performance. Oversee strict adherence to safety protocols, food safety regulations, and GMP standards across the facility. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality, to support capital projects and process upgrades. Qualifications Required Skills 5+ years of leadership experience within a manufacturing environment. 3+ years of direct experience managing production teams. Proven expertise in flexographic printing, film conversion, or flexible packaging operations. Strong proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office suite. Demonstrated ability to analyze data, manage complex schedules, and solve technical problems. Preferred Skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related manufacturing field. Advanced knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies. Experience with large-scale equipment upgrades and capital project management.
