Milwaukee, WI Job Details 1 day ago Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description BVK is looking for a highly organized, resourceful Producer with 4+ years of experience to help grow and support BVK's Content Studio. This person will play a key role in producing nimble, run-and-gun and documentary-style content, while also helping shape how we approach new business and our own internal projects. What You'll Do Plan and produce branded content shoots from initial concept through production. Build comprehensive, accurate production budgets and confidently manage projects against them. Source and manage directors, photographers, videographers and other production partners. Own production logistics, including travel, schedules, locations, transportation and contingencies. Play an active role in new business, helping develop production approaches, budgets and recommendations that strengthen our pitches. Support internal BVK initiatives and help identify opportunities to make our own content and capabilities stronger. Communicate clearly and confidently with clients, internal teams and production partners. Organize and manage post-production processes, including asset management within the BVK systems as well as within paid social media campaigns. What We're Looking For 4+ years of professional production experience. Exceptional budgeting, organization and logistical planning skills. Strong communicator who is confident, resourceful and comfortable solving problems quickly. Experience with branded, social-first, documentary-style or run-and-gun production. Travel, healthcare or education experience strongly preferred. Agency experience preferred. Curiosity about evolving production and AI tools that can improve how we work.
