Job Description
Transcriptionist Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Transcriptionist for a company based in Chatsworth , GA. The position is temporary and offers the chance to support important documentation and recordkeeping processes while gaining valuable administrative experience. Pay Rate P ay offered and determined by relevant experience and qualifications. Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday, 8 00 am to 5 00 pm. Transcriptionist Duties and Responsibilities Listen to recorded audio and accurately convert spoken conversations into written documents and PDF files. Review, edit, and proofread transcripts for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting accuracy. Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive or proprietary information contained in recordings. Meet established deadlines while ensuring high-quality, error-free transcription work. Organize, save, and deliver completed transcripts in the required formats, including PDF and Word documents. Transcriptionist Qualifications and Requirements Excellent listening, grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail. Must successfully complete a typing test demonstrating speed and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Word, PDF document creation, and basic computer applications. Ability to accurately transcribe recorded conversations, interviews, meetings, and other audio content. Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
