Job DescriptionInterpreting and entering client samples into computer system; managing large projects; maintaining client files; delivering rush samples; serving as information contact at receipt of samples in an efficient and detailed manner with a high degree of quality. Document receipt of stability samples and complete inventories. Appropriately handle documentation. Understand stability requirements - protocols, LIMS, storage chamber conditions, labeling of samples and storage positions. Review stability studies. Provide support for project managers and laboratory staff. Compose business appropriate communication (e.g. e-mail, document) for client or internal use.
QualificationsHigh school diploma or college degree in related field.
Additional InformationPosition is full-time, Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m., with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Portage, MI are encouraged to apply.
