FC Ziegler Company—a family-owned business since 1929—is on the lookout for a full-time Char-lite Associate to help produce self-lighting charcoal briquettes. This is an essential role where you'll be working hands-on in our production process, ensuring that backyard BBQs, campfire cookouts, and grill masters everywhere have the high-quality charcoal they need. We're proud of our legacy and are looking for motivated individuals to help fuel our future success. What You'll Do Mix it up! Measure and combine charcoal batches. Press on. Operate machinery to form briquettes. Bring the heat! Ensure proper processing for quality results. Seal the deal. Package the finished product for distribution. Test, verify, repeat. Make sure every batch meets our high standards. Stay stocked. Monitor materials and inventory. Keep it clean. Maintain equipment and workspace. Stay alert. Report any equipment issues before they become problems. What We're Looking For Familiarity with shop equipment (presses, mixing tanks, etc.). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment. Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Commitment to safety and cleanliness in the workplace. The Dirty Details (aka The Perks!)

Pay:

$13.50 - $15.50 per hour

Hours:
