Salary:

You are a dependable team player who takes ownership of your work and enjoys solving problems through research and data verification. If that describes you, we need to talk! What your future day will look like: Review court-endorsed documents and update records to ensure data is accurate, complete, and current. Research court websites, legal records, and supporting documentation to verify account and judgment information. Contact courts and external partners to obtain missing documentation and resolve information gaps. Maintain validation worksheets, account notes, and supporting records according to established procedures and standards. Perform detailed account reviews, identify discrepancies, and update records based on verified information. Review completed work for accuracy, support quality control efforts, and help ensure compliance with performance standards.

Contract-to-Hire To be a champion in this role, you will need: High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred Strong attention to detail with the ability to review and validate large amounts of information accurately Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word Excellent written communication and documentation skills Ability to research information independently and follow established procedures consistently Reliable, team-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy We know you are more than a resume and understand your next career move needs to be the right fit!
