It still outperforms everything we pay for — our organic Instagram leads out convert all other sources. That is the role. One person, owning content end to end and three providers who will get on camera. What you will actually do Strategize. Decide what gets made and why. You will own the content strategy — identifying which formats, hooks, and topics actually drive consultations and bookings, then doubling down on them and killing what doesn't work. We expect you to build a testing rhythm rather than a posting calendar: try formats, read the results, and let the data reshape the mix. When something works, your job is to figure out why and make ten times more of it. Shoot. In our treatment rooms in our offices, on our equipment or yours. Provider-led education, patient transformations, procedure b-roll, behind the scenes and or whatever else you ideate. You are holding the camera, not briefing an agency. Edit. Short-form vertical video is the majority of the work. Fast turnaround, platform-native, captioned, built for sound-off viewing. Direct. Our injectors are excellent clinicians and not performers. A large part of this job is making them comfortable and compelling on camera, and knowing when to let a take run long because something real just happened. Write. Hooks, captions, scripts. The voice matters more than the production value in our category. Publish Instagram primarily, TikTok and YouTube Shorts secondarily. You own the calendar. Measure. You will see the revenue data. We will track which content drives consultations and bookings, and we will expect you to have opinions about it.

Requirements Non-negotiable:

A portfolio. Actual work we can watch. Include the account or brand it ran on and what it did. Growth numbers, view counts, engagement, conversions. If you cannot show us the work, please do not apply. Minimum three years producing content professionally, in-house or agency-side. You shoot and edit. This is not a role where those are separate people. Fluency in short-form vertical video as a native format. Reliable on-site presence in Far Hills 3-4 days a week.

Strongly preferred:

Experience directing creative strategy — deciding what gets made and why, not just executing someone else's brief. Beauty, aesthetics, wellness, luxury hospitality, or premium DTC background. Comfort directing non-professional talent on camera. Photography alongside video. Understanding of what content is and is not permitted in a medical aesthetics context. We will train you on this, but awareness that the constraint exists is a good sign. Who this is right for Someone at a brand where they do the work but someone else gets the decision. You have grown an account, you know what you would do differently with full control, and you are tired of the approval chain. You want to see whether your content actually moves revenue. Here you will, because we will show you the numbers. You would rather be the person who built something than the fourth producer on a team of twelve. Who this is not right for If your last role involved briefing agencies and managing a content calendar rather than making things, this will be a shock. We need a maker. If you need a large team, extensive post-production support, or a two-week approval cycle, we are not that. If you want to be the on-camera talent, this is not the role. Our providers are the faces of this brand. The job is to make them look extraordinary.

Compensation and Details Base salary:

$80,000-$100,000+, depending on experience and portfolio strength. Performance bonus tied to content-attributed consultations and bookings.
