Content Creator & Video Editor LiLi Tile Mount Laurel, NJ Job Details Part-time $20 - $25 an hour 2 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications YouTube Final Cut Pro Adobe Premiere TikTok Instagram Full Job Description About the Role LiLi Tile is looking for a creative, resourceful, and highly independent Content Creator and Video Editor to produce engaging social media content from our New Jersey warehouse. This is a hands-on role for someone who can come into the warehouse, identify content opportunities, set up and film independently, experiment with current trends, and turn raw footage into polished, platform-ready videos. You should be comfortable taking an idea from concept to completion without needing another team member to guide the shoot or appear in every video. You'll have access to a visually exciting environment filled with colorful cement tiles, natural stone, mosaics, samples, warehouse activity, and behind-the-scenes moments that can be transformed into compelling content. Responsibilities Visit our New Jersey warehouse regularly to film original content Independently plan, set up, light, and shoot videos Develop creative concepts based on social media trends, brand goals, products, and warehouse activity Create Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, product features, behind-the-scenes content, and educational videos Experiment with trending formats, sounds, transitions, hooks, and editing styles Edit footage into polished, engaging, platform-ready content Add music, captions, graphics, voiceovers, and other creative elements as needed Capture supplemental product photography and lifestyle imagery when appropriate Maintain an organized library of raw footage and completed assets Deliver content consistently and meet agreed-upon deadlines Learn and maintain LiLi Tile's visual identity, brand voice, and creative standards Review content performance and use those insights to improve future videos What We're Looking For Experience creating and editing short-form social media content Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and emerging content trends Ability to work confidently and productively without on-site supervision A natural eye for composition, lighting, color, styling, and visual storytelling Comfortable working in an active warehouse environment Proficiency with editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar software Ability to move quickly from idea to execution Organized, dependable, proactive, and comfortable taking creative ownership Interest in interior design, architecture, home décor, construction, or visually driven products is a plus Equipment LiLi Tile can provide basic production equipment, including lighting, ring lights, a selection of backgrounds, and clip-on microphones. Candidates who have their own professional-quality smartphone, camera, stabilizer, lighting, audio equipment, or other filming tools are encouraged to use them. Having your own equipment would be helpful but is not required.
