About the Role We're looking for a Video Editor / Videographer to join our creative team in person in Grove City. You'll shoot and edit different types of content we publish — long-form YouTube videos, podcast episodes, event coverage, and the daily short-form content that drives our growth. This is a hands-on role with real ownership: your edits are the product, and you'll see the performance of your work in the analytics every single day. You'll also travel with us to card shows and events around the country. What You'll Do Videography & On-Site Production Shoot event coverage, vlogs, interviews, shop tours, and podcast episodes Operate cameras (Canon EOS R6, Sony FX3), audio, and lighting on set and on location Capture b-roll and product/card detail footage Travel to card shows, conventions, and events for multi-day shoots Filming promotional content for products, events, and general sales Long-Form YouTube Editing Edit box breaks, vlogs, podcast episodes, shop tours, and event coverage Structure videos for retention and engagement Enhance storytelling with pacing, sound design, and graphics Build high-level montages and intros to promote events and vlogs Short-Form Content Creation Create high-performing TikToks, Reels, and YouTube Shorts Identify viral moments from long-form and live break footage Add captions, hooks, fast pacing, motion graphics, and retention edits Optimize for platform-specific trends and formats Create dynamic montages and hype sequences for events and releases Workflow & Execution Manage multiple projects at once Hit daily posting deadlines Organize and maintain file systems, media archives, and backups Work efficiently in a fast-paced content environment Requirements 3+ years of high-level editing experience Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro Strong proficiency in After Effects Comfortable operating professional camera and audio equipment Full-time, in-person role — must be located near Grove City, OH Open and available to travel for events (occasional weekends, multi-day trips) Portfolio demonstrating storytelling and performance-driven edits Preferred Qualifications Experience working with YouTube and social media analytics Experience with podcast editing Experience with YouTube / Social Media style editing Understanding of social media trends
