The Role We're looking for a highly motivated Short-Form Video Editor to join our team. You'll take raw and long-form footage and turn it into scroll-stopping vertical content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Our standard is high engagement — we expect our short-form content to consistently perform at 10K+ views, and we need an editor who understands what makes content actually hook and hold an audience. Responsibilities Edit raw/long-form footage into high-performing short-form content (vertical format) Edit and clean audio for clarity and engagement Apply color grading to match brand style and improve visual quality Utilize AI tools to enhance editing workflow and content quality Add captions, sound effects, pattern interrupts, and pacing techniques that drive retention Stay current on short-form trends, formats, and platform algorithm changes Deliver content on tight turnaround timelines while maintaining quality Requirements Fluent in both English and Spanish (required) Proficient in Final Cut Pro and CapCut Comfortable working on Mac computers Strong understanding of color grading and audio editing Experience using AI-assisted editing tools A portfolio that proves you can actually deliver — see application instructions below Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented How to Apply We will not be reviewing resumes for this position.
