We're growing fast and we run short-form vertical video as our main advertising channel. We need someone who can produce a lot of it, quickly. This is a production job. We handle the offers and the creative direction. What we need from you is volume and turnaround. Take a video on Monday, hand back eight versions of it by Thursday. What you'd do Cut short-form vertical video for ads. Mostly talking-head and customer footage, some of it shot on a phone in a driveway Take a video that's working and build 5 to 8 variants off it with different hooks, openers, captions, pacing Find and brief the freelance creators we hire, then keep them on schedule Keep the creative library organized. No more folders named final_v3_ACTUAL Run a simple weekly performance sheet Some light landing page edits and comment moderation when it comes up The job gets bigger. After about 90 days you'd own the testing calendar and start writing first-draft hooks off our briefs. What we're looking for You edit fast. CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci, doesn't matter which. You've made vertical video that people actually watched. Your own account counts. You hit deadlines without being chased. This one matters more than the software question. And you can get to Federal Way twice a week. Helps but not required Shooting and directing, not just editing. Being comfortable on camera. Any experience with a small business, since you'll know what ugly source footage looks like. What this job isn't Strategy. We handle offers, pricing, angles. You handle output. Do that well and you'll get more, but come in expecting to edit. Benefits Flexible hours. Paid sick leave per Washington state law.
