Role Overview:
We are looking for a videographer and video editor who can handle both production and post-production. This role involves planning shoots with clients, creating content for ads and social media, and delivering polished, high-performing videos. You will work closely with our team, including media buyers and strategists, to produce content that aligns with campaign goals. Responsibilities Plan and coordinate video shoots with clients Collaborate with the marketing team and media buyers to produce ad creatives Film on-site content for various clients (interviews, walkthroughs, promotional videos, etc.) Structure content with clear storytelling, pacing, and strong hooks Manage and organize footage and deliverables Meet deadlines and maintain consistent communication Re-edit and optimize content based on performance or feedback Requirements Experience in videography (portfolio required) Strong understanding of content for social media and paid ads Ability to shoot with proper lighting, audio, and framing Proficient in editing software is a plus (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut) Good sense of storytelling, timing, and visual composition Reliable, organized, and professional Ability to adapt to different clients and content styles Preferred (Not Required) Experience creating content for Meta Ads or TikTok Ads Basic understanding of marketing and performance-driven content Ability to direct clients on camera Compensation Based on experience (hourly / per project / monthly retainer options) Opportunity for consistent work and long-term collaboration How to Apply Please submit your portfolio along with a short message about your experience and the type of content you enjoy creating.
