Job Summary I'm a Florida real estate agent building out a video and photo library for my website, YouTube channel, and social media. I need a videographer/editor who can (1) film me on camera on scheduled shoot weeks, and (2) go out two times a month independently to capture b-roll and stills of properties and well-known spots across the coastal communities I serve. This is a recurring part-time role. Some weeks are shoot weeks, some are edit-only, some are quiet. Work is scheduled ahead so you can plan around it. What You'll Do Filming me on camera Film on-camera segments — market updates, neighborhood pieces, listing walk-throughs, Q&A clips Set up and run camera, lighting, and audio (lav or shotgun mic) Direct framing and re-takes so I look and sound good on camera Capture each segment in both vertical (9:16) and horizontal (16:9) where possible B-roll and photography around the region Travel to Marco Island, Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva, and Cape Coral Capture b-roll of properties, waterfront, beaches, marinas, downtowns, dining and shopping districts, parks, causeways, and recognizable local landmarks Shoot both vertical and horizontal versions of the same subject — vertical for Reels/Shorts/TikTok, horizontal for YouTube and the website Capture high-resolution still photos of the same locations for web and print Keep footage organized by city and location with consistent file naming Editing Cut short-form vertical videos (15-60 sec) with captions, music, clean pacing Cut long-form horizontal videos for YouTube — intro/outro, lower thirds, b-roll overlay Color correct, stabilize, clean up audio Deliver finished files in the requested formats and aspect ratios, plus organized raw footage Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Big Plus) YouTube experience — uploads, titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, chapters, end screens Social posting — Instagram Reels, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn Thumbnail and graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, or similar) Drone footage with a current FAA Part 107 certificate (required if flying commercially) Familiarity with Southwest Florida and its coastal communities Requirements
I WILL SUPPLY THE
GEARr- capable of clean 4K, plus lenses, lighting, audio, tripod/gimbal and greenscreen Your own editing software and a computer that handles 4K (Premiere, Final Cut, Resolve, or CapCut Pro) Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, current auto insurance — this role involves driving between coastal communities, some of it over causeways and bridges Comfortable shooting outdoors in Florida heat, sun, and coastal conditions Able to deliver edited work on an agreed turnaround (typically 3-5 business days) Able to transfer large files cleanly (Dropbox, Google Drive, Frame.io, WeTransfer) Professional, punctual, comfortable working around occupied properties and in public places How to Apply Please include: A link to your reel or portfolio — especially vertical short-form work, and any real estate, travel, or lifestyle footage Your hourly or day rate , and your editing rate What gear you shoot and edit on Which cities you're based near and how far you'll travel Your general availability — weekdays, weekends, or both - although most will be weekday work Whether you have YouTube or social posting experience, with a link if you've run a channel Applications without a portfolio link will not be considered or at least supply your social media sites that you have done the work on.
