Freelance Videographer / Video Editor - Podcast-Style ContentOverview We're looking for a reliable Freelance Videographer/Editor to produce podcast-style video content filmed on-site at our school in Lake Wales, FL. You'll set up the equipment, record each session, edit the footage into polished episodes, and help publish them on YouTube. We're partially equipped, so the ability to supplement with your own gear is a plus. This is a recurring freelance role with a simple, repeatable format. Responsibilities Set up cameras, microphones, and lighting on location for a multi-camera, podcast-style shoot. Record full sessions with clean framing and high-quality audio.

Edit footage into polished episodes:

multi-cam switching, audio cleanup, color correction, and simple graphics. Help publish on YouTube — uploads, thumbnails, titles, and descriptions. Organize footage and deliver final files on an agreed schedule. Skills Experience shooting and editing podcast, interview, or talking-head style video (samples required). Strong audio recording and lighting skills for seated dialogue. Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Familiarity with YouTube publishing best practices. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
