We build high end custom homes and large scale remodels for discerning clients and are focused on becoming the premier luxury builder in Southwest Florida. We are growing our media presence aggressively through YouTube, podcasting, social platforms, and high end project showcases. We are building a serious brand, not just posting random content. Position Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Media Producer and Videographer to capture and produce elite visual content that reflects the R.K. Reiman standard. This role is execution focused. You will own filming, editing, and production quality across all platforms. Key Responsibilities Film high end residential projects, jobsite updates, and lifestyle content Operate all studio equipment including cameras, lighting, microphones, and drones Produce and edit long form YouTube videos Edit The Real Build podcast (video and audio) Create short form clips for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn Capture cinematic home showcase videos Maintain organized media library and storage systems Coordinate weekly with the Marketing Coordinator on content schedule Ensure consistent high end production quality Qualifications Strong videography and editing experience Proficient in professional editing software Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and storytelling Experience filming real estate, luxury, or lifestyle content preferred Detail oriented and deadline driven Comfortable directing on camera talent when needed Drone experience preferred Compensation Competitive salary based on experience Performance bonus opportunities This is a growth position with long term upside as the brand expands.
