Duties Capture high-quality footage using professional video recording equipment, ensuring optimal lighting, sound, and framing for each project Edit raw footage into polished videos using media editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects Incorporate visual effects, motion graphics, and color correction to enhance storytelling and visual appeal Manage audio quality by recording sound on set with microphones and performing audio processing during post-production Collaborate closely with clients or creative teams to understand project goals, style preferences, and deadlines Maintain organized media libraries and ensure all footage is properly backed up and labeled for easy access Set up and operate camera equipment, lighting setups, microphones, and other video production tools to ensure professional results Qualifications Proven experience in videography and video editing with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, and Media Encoder Skilled in using Final Cut Pro or similar editing software for seamless post-production workflows Knowledge of camera setup techniques, lighting for video production, sound recording for video production, and media management Ability to operate various video recording equipment such as tripods, stabilizers, microphones, and lighting gear Strong understanding of visual storytelling principles to craft engaging narratives that resonate with audiences Excellent technical proficiency in video production processes including filming, editing, color grading, sound design, and post-production workflows This freelance role offers exciting opportunities to work on diverse projects that challenge your creativity while honing your technical skills.
