About Amplify Studios We're a national B2B video production and live events company built on one idea: brands deserve a production partner , not a vendor. Video. Events. Studio. One team. We're an agile, experienced crew doing work for national brands — manufacturing, furniture, financial services, healthcare, and enterprise software. Multi-day conference productions. Executive story films. Brand campaigns. And a full LED virtual production studio in-house. Our purpose, stated plainly: cool people doing cool work. We're looking for another one. The Work You'll be the person behind the camera on a wide mix of engagements: Story-driven brand films — interviews, b-roll, and the kind of coverage that turns a corporate topic into something people actually watch LED virtual production — shooting in our studio against LED volume, running content days and monthly subscription shoots for retained clients Live events and conferences — multicam capture, breakout coverage, sizzle and recap content, often on multi-day national productions On-location production — plant floors, offices, job sites, and everywhere in between Day to day, that looks like: owning camera, lighting, and audio on set; conducting or supporting interviews and pulling real moments out of people who don't love being on camera; making smart in-the-moment calls when the schedule slips or the location isn't what the scout promised; and delivering media organized, labeled, backed up, and handed off clean to our post team. What You Bring Required 3+ years of professional video production experience — corporate, commercial, broadcast, or agency Strong command of camera, lighting, and audio fundamentals; comfortable owning a set solo or being part of a small crew A storytelling instinct.
