We create cinematic films for private schools, universities, summer camps, nonprofits, and businesses across the East Coast. Our work is story-driven, emotionally resonant, and built to move people to enroll, donate, and buy in. We're looking for an editor who can take raw footage from a multi-day shoot and shape it into a film that lands. What you'll do Edit promotional films, brand and recruitment videos, event recaps, interview pieces, and social cuts from start to finish Build story structure from interview transcripts and B-roll Handle color grading, audio mixing, and basic motion graphics (lower thirds, title cards, end slides) Manage media, organize projects, and keep deliverables on schedule Work directly with the founder through revision rounds to client delivery What we're looking for 3+ years editing professional video, with a portfolio that shows high quality commercial work. Strong command of DaVinci Resolve and/or Final Cut Pro A real ear for music selection and sound design Comfort with interview-driven storytelling and long-form footage Reliable communication and the ability to hit deadlines without hand-holding Nice to have Experience with education, nonprofit, or brand content
