Role Description:

The Videographer Intern is a part-time, on-site role based in Westhampton, NY. This intern will assist in planning, shooting, and editing video content that showcases local service providers, homeowner experiences, and brand storytelling for digital channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include operating cameras, capturing footage on location, organizing and backing up media files, and supporting basic post-production tasks. The role also involves collaborating with marketing to execute video concepts, maintaining equipment, and ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and project timelines. This job does require you to take videos all over the east end of Long Island.

Qualifications:

Candidates should possess skills in video production, including planning shoots and supporting basic editing workflows. Candidates should possess skills in camera operation and handling camera equipment confidently in various settings. Candidates should possess skills in lighting and shooting video to create clear, visually appealing footage. Candidates should possess an understanding of framing, composition, and audio capture for on-site video projects. Strong interest in visual storytelling, with attention to detail and the ability to follow creative direction. Ability to work on-site on the East End of Long Island in NY, collaborate with a small team, and interact professionally with local partners. Basic familiarity with video editing software Enrollment in or completion of coursework in film, media, communications, or a related field is a plus but not required. Pay:

$17.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 20.0 per week
