Videographer/Content Creator Great Plains Land Company Oklahoma City, OK Job Details Full-time $55,000 - $70,000 a year 19 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Photography Final Cut Pro Adobe Premiere Farming Remote Pilot Certificate Full Job Description Great Plains Land Company Oklahoma City, Oklahoma | Full-Time | Travel Required Great Plains Land Company is looking for a talented, creative Videographer / Content Creator to help tell the stories of some of the most unique farms, ranches, recreational properties, and rural landscapes across the Great Plains. This is not a traditional office videography position. You'll spend time in the field shooting ranches, wildlife, hunting properties, farms, agents, landowners, equipment, landscapes, and the people and stories behind the properties we represent. We're looking for someone who can take a property from raw footage to finished content —including cinematic property films, drone footage, short-form social content, agent branding videos, interviews, YouTube content, and more. What You'll Do Film professional property and ranch videos throughout Oklahoma, Kansas, Colorado, and surrounding markets Capture high-quality drone footage of farms, ranches, recreational properties, and improvements Produce cinematic listing videos that showcase land, wildlife, water, improvements, and lifestyle Create short-form content for Instagram Reels, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms Produce longer-form YouTube and property marketing videos Film agent introductions, testimonials, educational videos, market updates, and company branding content Interview landowners, agents, ranch managers, farmers, hunters, and other individuals when appropriate Edit video from beginning to final delivery Select music, organize footage, perform color correction, and produce polished finished videos Repurpose longer shoots into multiple pieces of social content Help develop creative concepts and new content ideas for Great Plains Land Company Maintain and organize the company's video and photography library Occasionally photograph properties and company events Travel regularly for property shoots Be willing to work around the best light, weather, wildlife activity, and property conditions when necessary What We're Looking For The ideal candidate has a strong creative eye and understands how to tell a story through video. Experience in agriculture or real estate is helpful, but creativity, work ethic, reliability, and quality of work are more important. You should be comfortable working independently in rural environments and enjoy spending time outdoors. Preferred Skills Professional videography experience Strong video editing skills Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software Drone videography experience FAA Part 107 certification preferred Strong understanding of lighting, composition, camera movement, audio, and storytelling Experience creating vertical/social-media video Ability to produce both cinematic and fast-paced short-form content Photography experience is a plus Comfortable interviewing and working with clients Strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Valid driver's license and ability to travel Major Plus Experience or interest in: Ranching Farming Hunting Wildlife Fishing Outdoor recreation Western lifestyle Rural real estate Land conservation Agriculture Understanding the lifestyle and people behind rural America will be extremely valuable in this position.
Compensation Target compensation:
$55,000-$70,000+ annually, depending on experience and capabilities.
Compensation may include:
Salary Mileage/travel reimbursement Company-paid travel expenses Performance incentives Equipment support as appropriate Equipment Applicants should tell us what camera, drone, audio, lighting, and editing equipment they currently use.
