Job Overview We are looking for a creative and dependable content creator to capture engaging short-form video content for real estate agents, homebuilders, and master-planned communities. This role is primarily focused on filming content for Instagram Reels and TikTok. You will help bring planned concepts and scripts to life through polished, on-brand footage that feels natural, current, and visually engaging. Content may include model home tours, community amenities, agent-led videos, lifestyle footage, new-construction updates, local business features, and real estate trends. Responsibilities Film short-form real estate content using an iPhone and/or professional camera Capture model homes, community amenities, events, agents, and lifestyle footage Follow provided scripts, shot lists, and creative direction Assist with directing talent on camera when needed Pay close attention to lighting, framing, movement, and audio quality Capture a variety of angles and supporting B-roll during each shoot Help make on-camera content feel natural rather than overly staged Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled content days Travel to different communities and properties throughout the Greater Houston area What We're Looking For Experience filming content for social media A strong eye for composition, lighting, and visual storytelling Comfortable filming both indoor and outdoor content Familiarity with Instagram Reels, TikTok, and current video styles Ability to follow creative direction while also contributing ideas Comfortable working with real estate agents and other on-camera talent Reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and easy to work with Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to scheduled shoot locations Availability for recurring weekday content shoots Bonus Qualifications Previous experience creating real estate, homebuilder, architecture, lifestyle, or community content Experience filming model homes and interior spaces Knowledge of gimbals, microphones, lighting equipment, and camera settings Basic video editing experience Familiarity with Houston-area communities and new-construction developments Please Submit Your portfolio or examples of previous work Your current location Your availability The equipment you use Your typical travel radius and any applicable travel fees Your hourly or half-day rate, if different from the posted range We are looking for someone creative, professional, dependable, and interested in building an ongoing working relationship.
