This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of live media, working behind the scenes to deliver high-quality content to audiences nationwide. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, possess a passion for media technology, and enjoy working on Saturday mornings at 9:00 am - 10:00 am, for production with a 30-minute pre-show setup and 30 minute post-show wrap-up. This position is perfect for you! This is located in a private broadcast studio in the town of Snohomish. You will be responsible for managing broadcast studio equipment, supporting live production, and maintaining the technical integrity of the show. Bring your enthusiasm and technical prowess to help create compelling radio experiences that captivate listeners every weekend. Responsibilities Operate and troubleshoot broadcast studio equipment including audio consoles, video switchers, and broadcast servers to ensure smooth live transmissions Understand streaming services (Streamyard) for video recording. Set up and manage equipment for video shoots and live performances Handle audio and video processing tasks, ensuring optimal sound quality and visual clarity during broadcasts Support filming, videography, and photography activities related to the show's content creation Manage media editing using tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop for post-production enhancements Maintain all broadcast studio equipment including cameras, audio systems, lighting systems, and media editing tools to ensure peak performance Collaborate with the production team on live event AV projects to deliver engaging visual and audio experiences Qualifications Proven experience with broadcast studio equipment operation and live production performance Strong proficiency in media editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut Pro Familiarity with audio systems, video production workflows, and live event AV production projects, including Rode Boards and Audio Drop In systems. Technical proficiency in camera operation, videography, photography, and media editing tools Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly during live broadcasts to minimize disruptions Experience with broadcast studio equipment operation including audio consoles and video switchers is highly preferred Join us in creating vibrant live radio experiences that inspire audiences across the nation!
