Job Description
Join our dynamic team at a thriving RV dealership! We're seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Administrator/Advisor to manage warranty claims and ensure top-notch customer satisfaction. You'll process claims, coordinate with manufacturers, handle documentation, and communicate with customers to resolve issues smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Submit and track warranty claims with RV manufacturers.
- Communicate with customers to explain warranty coverage and updates.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely claim processing.
- Collaborate with service technicians to verify repair details.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with warranty processes or RV industry knowledge a plus.
- Comfortable with computers and learning new software.
