Cervello Global Research Corporation (CGRC), a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, is seeking an experienced Evaluation Writer/Lead to develop written evaluation deliverables in support of MilTech requirements. This position is responsible for producing structured reports that document the evaluation of military clothing and equipment systems in accordance with Government standards and MilTech acceptance criteria. The Evaluation Writer/Lead will organize and structure technical content, integrate input from the evaluation team, verify factual accuracy, incorporate Government feedback, and produce final Government-ready deliverables. Strong technical writing skills and the ability to communicate complex information clearly to a defense and Government audience are essential to success in this role.

Key responsibilities:

Produce written deliverables supporting the evaluation of military clothing and equipment systems in accordance with MilTech standards and Government acceptance criteria under SOW §2.3, C.3. Structure comprehensive evaluation reports by integrating findings, data summaries, and input from multiple team members into clear, cohesive, and Government-ready documents. Interface directly with the MilTech Technical Point of Contact to clarify deliverable requirements, address questions, and incorporate review feedback. Serve as CGRC's primary deliverable owner for assigned task orders, with responsibility for quality, accuracy, consistency, and timely submission. Manage the complete deliverable review and revision cycle through final Government acceptance. Coordinate with the Best Practices Analyst and Instructional Content Developer to incorporate their work into unified evaluation deliverable packages
