In this role, you will be responsible for managing parts and warranty claims, ensuring accurate documentation, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your expertise in automotive diagnostics, inventory management, and parts sourcing will be essential in delivering seamless support for our RV service operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where your mechanical knowledge and supply chain management skills will make a significant impact. Duties Process warranty claims efficiently by reviewing automotive diagnostics reports and verifying coverage details Manage parts inventory using inventory management systems and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software to ensure accurate stock levels Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for part sourcing, pricing negotiations, and procurement management Maintain detailed records of parts administration, order management, and warranty documentation in compliance with company policies Collaborate with internal teams such as automotive service technicians, logistics, and customer service to facilitate smooth communication and workflow Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for tracking repairs, parts usage, and warranty status Support shipping & receiving processes, including parts shipping, receiving, and warehouse management activities Qualifications Proven experience in parts administration, inventory control, or procurement management within the automotive or RV industry Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories, vehicle systems, and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) standards Familiarity with inventory management systems such as AS400 or similar platforms Experience with supply chain management, demand planning, and logistics inventory management practices Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for data entry and reporting tasks Mechanical aptitude with automotive diagnostics and automotive repair knowledge preferred Ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers while maintaining positive vendor relationships Excellent internal communication skills to coordinate across departments effectively Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering top-tier RV parts support and warranty services.
