PART-TIME

Coach for our center. We are looking for someone who is

ENERGETIC , DETAIL-ORIENTED & LOVES WORKING WITH KIDS WITH CONDITIONS SUCH AS AUTISM AND ADHD

. This candidate should reflect great commitment, professionalism, passion, drive, motivation and a huge desire to work with students and see them succeed! The schedule for this position is on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The typical schedule is 1PM - 7:30PM. Unfortunately, these hours are non-negotiable. Opportunities for more hours, however, are possible! The candidate(s) selected will be someone we feel will be able to motivate and lead each student through various exercises and academics, while stimulating one hemisphere of the brain. Our unique program works with child with diagnoses's such as: ADHD, ASD, ODD, Dyslexia or various Processing Disorders. Brain Balance combines physical and sensory exercises with academic / cognitive skills training and healthy nutrition. What we know is that underdeveloped areas of the brain will cause deficits in learning and/or behavior. Thankfully, the brain is capable of surprising change and growth! We are able to assess each student through various tests to identify those areas that need strengthening, then tailor an individualized program for each student. This is TRULY an ideal and rewarding position for those who enjoy working with/watching kiddos thrive. Bachelor's or in Process of education

Experience:

Childhood development: 1 year (Preferred)

RBT/ ABA

experience is a plus Working with kids with neurological disorders strongly preferred Teaching/ Coaching experience is a plus
