Classes are offered on a course-by-course basis and run contingent upon meeting minimum enrollment thresholds. This role involves delivering practical, engaging instruction tailored to adult learners seeking personal or professional growth.
Key Responsibilities Instruction & Curriculum:
Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality coursework in Microsoft Excel tailored to diverse adult learning styles.
Classroom Engagement:
Foster a supportive, encouraging learning environment that motivates students and promotes lifelong learning.
Classroom Management:
Maintain a safe, structured, and organized environment for all participants.
Administration:
Accurately complete and submit all required administrative paperwork, course documentation, and attendance records on time. Required Knowledge & Skills Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and fluency across Microsoft Office applications and internet tools. Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional techniques, and curriculum planning. Effective classroom management and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications & Hiring Requirements Education:
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience:
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a proven track record of teaching adult learners.
Compliance:
Must pass a background check and complete mandatory annual online safety training as a district contractor.
