Job Description

AOA group exercise instructors lead and inspire senior members in a fun, safe, and effective workout through the use of proper form and technique. Instructors may recommend and demonstrate exercise modifications or advancements to safely enhance and promote the desired fitness goals of the member during class participation. Our goal is to create a positive and healthy lifestyle for our members through age-appropriate group fitness. We are willing to train the right individual. Hours would be mainly between 10am-12pm.
