We build strength that lasts decades, not just a look that lasts a season. We're looking for a Mat & Sculpt Instructor who brings real technical knowledge and the kind of energy that makes people show up early and stay after class to ask questions. If you can cue a precise pelvic tilt one minute and get a room fired up the next, keep reading. What you'll do Teach Pilates Mat and Sculpt-format classes (bodyweight, light resistance, sculpt tools) to a range of levels in the same room, without losing anyone Give hands-on and verbal adjustments that actually change how someone moves, not just how they look doing it Build music and format flow that keeps energy high without sacrificing form Know your client's bodies well enough to modify on the fly, and know your anatomy well enough to explain why Show up as a real presence in the community, not just a face at the front of the room, before and after class, and on social when we ask What you bring Certification in Pilates (mat, comprehensive, or sculpt/HIIT-format training) — we'll ask to see it Real working knowledge of anatomy, alignment, and modification, not just a script you memorize High energy that's earned, not performed. People should leave your class knowing they worked, and coming back because they liked how it felt Comfort teaching to a packed room and to someone brand new in the same 50 minutes A teaching style with some edge to it.
