The Creative Academy is a fine arts program designed to introduce little ones to creativity. We are located in the heart of downtown Oklahoma City, serving families with little ones from 1-5 years old. Each day of the week, our students are introduced to creativity through play-based activities in one of our 6 prepared studios. Students have the opportunity to receive intentional, focused guidance in these studios because of our small class sizes --- boasting an 8-to-1 student teacher ratio.

Schedule Potential:
Monday- Friday within typical grade school hours, 20.5 to 32.5 hours per week. Exact schedule discussed upon interview.
Requirements:
The position requires someone who is physically able to be active with children. You will be bending, lifting, and intentionally connecting with children throughout your shifts. Safety is a high priority at The Creative Academy. You will undergo a background check plus be required to complete CPR and First Aid training. Manage classroom behavior and foster a positive learning environment through effective communication and classroom management techniques. Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs, including those with special education requirements. Ensure the safety and well-being of students, maintaining CPR certification and adhering to child welfare standards. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and participate in ongoing professional development.
