Job Description

Fly Dance Fitness - Arlington is looking for a Sculpt Weights instructor to join us on a mission to inspire and empower individuals through dance and fitness. This job will be part time and requires 1-2 shifts per week. Sculpt Weights is a choreographed weights class. Lower weights, high reps and full body.

Qualifications:

Self starter Detailed oriented Dance and/or fitness expereice Communication & interpersonal skills Passionate about health and fitness Group fitness certification (ACE, NASM, etc) Responsibilities Conduct a full 1 hour fitness class Ability to demonstrate proper form and lifting technique Musicality and able to lead to the tempo of the music Create playlist from studio library (choreography supplied to you) Assist with retail sales and assisting customers when necessaru Assist with studio set up and clean up before and after class Join us as a Sculpt Fitness instructor and become part of a vibrant team dedicated to transforming lives through innovative fitness programs!

Pay:
