- Plano is growing our founding instructor team! We're looking for energetic, positive and motivating Group Fitness Instructors to help us create an unforgettable fitness experience and welcoming community at our new Plano studio. We are currently hiring instructors for one or more of the following formats: Dance Fitness
- high-energy, choreographed dance fitness classes Sculpt
- choreographed strength and toning classes Step
- choreographed, high-energy step fitness classes You do not need to teach all three formats.
We welcome applicants with experience or interest in one or multiple class formats. This is a part-time position, initially teaching approximately 1-2 classes per week , with opportunities for additional classes as our schedule and community grow. What You'll Do Lead engaging, high-energy group fitness classes Learn and deliver Fly Dance Fitness choreography Create class playlists using our studio music and choreography library Motivate participants and create a positive, inclusive class environment Build relationships with members and help create a strong studio community Assist members and guests before and after class as needed Help with light studio setup, closing and cleaning before and after classes Participate in instructor training and ongoing team development What We're Looking For Dance, group fitness, strength, step or related fitness experience Ability and willingness to learn choreography Confident, energetic and comfortable leading a group Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, organized and detail-oriented Passionate about fitness, movement and helping others Positive, encouraging and team-oriented Excited to help build a new fitness community from the ground up Previous instructor experience is a plus, but we also want to hear from candidates with strong dance or fitness backgrounds who have the personality and potential to become amazing instructors. Training and choreography are provided.
- Group Fitness Certification is required for Sculpt position.
