Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Middle and High School Teacher to join our team. As a Middle and High School Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students. You will develop and implement lesson plans, assess student progress, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure student success.
Duties:
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans in accordance with curriculum guidelines
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and learning
  • Utilize various teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles
  • Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and other forms of evaluation
  • Provide individualized support to students who require additional assistance
  • Manage classroom behavior and maintain a respectful and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives
  • Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and any concerns
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
  • Valid teaching certification or license
  • Experience working with high school/middle school children
  • Strong knowledge of curriculum development and instructional strategies
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to effectively manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment
  • Experience working with students with special education needs is a plus
  • Proficient in lesson planning, proofreading, and literacy education.
